It just takes a few steps to go from competition to preliminary design…

January 2016, COSA, with Rouby Hemmerlé architectes, won the architectural competition for the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) de Strasbourg redevelopment and its new building devoted to the architecture faculty.
Both offices are submitting the summary design (APS).
