The Îlot Bacalan keeps evolving with COSA’s project combining a five-star hotel + three-star hotel + youth hostel + para-hotel residence for the Groupe Legendre, and taking part in the ‘negotiated urbanism’ process led by  ANMA, the Ville de Bordeaux and Bordeaux Métropole.
