COSA develops on its Bordeaux – Armagnac mixed used project -housings, car park, facility- a collection of common areas: shared floor with a guests’ studio, launderette, fitness centre, terrace with fitted kitchen…; sports fields and community gardens on the carpark rooftop.
The city in no longer divided between public and private areas. New daring combinations offer shared space to see or to use.
