XVIIIth century private mansions, Haussmannian housings, modernist and contemporary buildings form the Îlot Saint-Dominique, currently occupied by the Ministère des Armées and tomorrow by more than 250 social housings, a childcare centre and a gymnasium.

COSA with LAN and Forme competed for this 15 000 sqm restructuration experimenting those building’s mutability, a requirement for our cities’ development.
